When you sign up, once every month*, you receive new and unique ‘Feel Good Club’ Post through your letterbox. In this post, you’ll find three letters filled with activities, prompts and ideas to bring calmness into your life, offering a break from the digital world and delivering quality time with yourself and balanceto your body mind and soul.

These are the Terms & Conditions regarding to 'Feel Good Club' Snail mail product and its subscription options, created by Sima in Stripes, the author, illustrator and designer. 1. 'Feel Good Club' is a wellbeing product offering creative, feel-good activities for subscribers on a monthly bases directly through their letterbox. The copyright is owned by Sima in Stripes. ©2026 Sima in Stripes (Simona Hodonova). All rights reserved. 
 
2. Every 'Feel Good Club' Snail Mail includes a set of three letters (wellbeing for body, mind & soul), delivered directly through post to the address provided by the customer. 
 
There are subscriptions options available for this product:
 
a) Monthly subscription £7.50 
b) Yearly subscription £78 (save £12)
c) One-off purchase £8.50
 
3. Subscription can be cancelled at any time and there are no extra charges or exit fees for customers. Simply cancel your subscription or contact Sima in Stripes to proceed with your request to cancel the subscription. 
 
4. Once you purchase your subscription plan, you will receive a welcome email with further information and a short form to fill in your details for deliveries. If you do not receive this email within 5 working days, please contact Sima in Stripes directly (simainstripes@gmail.com) or via contact form on the website.
 
5. If you have any issues with your product or would like to request a refund, please contact Sima in Stripes within the first two weeks for a products replacement or a refund. 
 
6. You acknowledge, understand, and agree that the use of 'Feel Good Club - Mail Letters' is entirely at your own risk. By purchasing, handling, or using this product, you assume full responsibility for any and all risks, known or unknown, associated with its operation.
