Sima in Stripes

Simona (Sima in Stripes) is an Illustrator and Graphic Designer based in the UK, originally from Slovakia. She started her journey early on, wearing a pair of blue dungarees and pencil in her hand. Thanks to her loving family, she followed her passion and completed diploma in Promotional Art in Slovakia (2015), followed by BA Honours degree in Communication Design in Scotland (2020).

Over the past six years, she’s had the opportunity to gain experience both as a Freelance Illustrator and Graphic Designer working for various design companies and clients. Along the way, she gained experiences in editorial, publishing (illustration and design), communication design, promotional design, visual storytelling and learning design.
